SikaRep®-300 Classic is a ready-to-use, one-component, thixotropic repair mortar for medium thickness structural repairs, class R3 according to EN 1504-3.

Uses

• Restoration of concrete and cross-section of disorganized areas of concrete elements, on vertical and horizontal surfaces
• Filling nests, pores, small imperfections in corners and edges, creating and finishing joints and overlays
• Suitable for restoration work (Principle 3, method 3.1 of EN 1504-9). Repair of crushed and damaged concrete in building applications and infrastructure projects.
• Suitable for structural repairs and structural reinforcement of concrete (Principle 4, method 4.4 of 1504-9). Increasing the bearing capacity of concrete construction by adding mortar.
• Suitable for maintaining or restoring passivity (principle 7, method 7.1 and 7.2 of EN 1504-9). Increasing coverage with additional mortar and replacing contaminated or carbonized concrete.
