ISOCURE-SB Acrylic Sealing and Anti-Evaporation Concrete Protection

The solvent-based acrylic resin polymer solution is used to protect fresh concrete from rapid evaporation of mixing water and protect fresh or hardened concrete.

• Form: solvent based, acrylic resin
• Shade: transparent
• Density: 0.9 ± 0.03kg / l
• Solid content: ~ 22% (by weight)
• Adhesion resistance: ≥ 2 N / mm2, category B2.0
• Abrasion resistance: ≤ 50 μm, class AR0.5 (EN 13892-4, BCA)
• Walkability: after at least 1 hour under normal conditions of temperature (23 ± 2ºC) and relative humidity (50 ± 5%)
• Waiting times / Coating: 25 min at + 20ºC (substrate temperature)
• Consumption: 100-200 ml / m2 / layer, depending on the application conditions.

1. ISOCURE-SB is used as anti-evaporative protection of fresh concrete and as a surface hardener on existing brittle floors and surfaces to increase their abrasion resistance and reduce their wear.
2. Especially useful on large exposed concrete surfaces, such as industrial floors, parking lots, concrete slabs, etc. Also suitable for vertical surfaces.
