FLEX MS-45, 280ml, Tile red, elastomeric sealant

FLEX  -MS 45  is a one-component elastomeric mastic based on polymer hybrid resins. 

Properties: 

• It withstands temperatures from -40ºC to +90ºC. 
• Adheres perfectly to any type of building material. 
• It is characterized by high elasticity. 
• It has great resistance to aging and weathering. 
•  It has the ability to adhere to wet substrates, even without a primer. 
• It has good resistance to fungal growth.
• After it sets, it can be painted.

Fields of application:

• FLEX-MS 45 is suitable for sealing vertical and horizontal joints 3-40 mm wide, indoors and outdoors, in all building materials, such as glass, aluminum, mirrors, wood, granite, marble, PVC, etc.
• It is also recommended for elastic bonding on a wide variety of substrates.
• Not recommended for joints permanently immersed in water and for contact with food.
