In all cases where with proven fault of Andreoy Insulation SA:
- Sold wrong products or products of poor and defective quality (mistakes in order, invoicing, shipment, damaged during shipment or poor packaging)

Ways of Return - Replacement
You can return - replace a product in a technical department store of Andreoy Insulation SA for free or delivered it to your place:
- Free: if it concerns a problem in the ordering process or a defect - problem with the product itself
- By Charge: If you change your opinion and you wish to replace the product you ordered with another. Product Replacement or Refund
