VIMASEAL-PU Gray 600ml Sealing, Adhesive Joint Mastic

A one-component sealing paste that transforms after contact with atmospheric air into elastic mastic with high adhesion. Suitable for construction and industrial applications with excellent adhesion to ceramics, cementitious materials, marble, glass, wood, metals, plastics. Available in sausage (with low elasticity for high functional deformability) & ampoule (with higher hardness). Can be painted.

PROPERTIES
VIMASEAL - PU is a sealing mastic based on polyurethane, which offers:
• Elastic behaviour and great functionality
• Excellent adhesion to heteroid materials
• Resistance to mechanical stress
• Resistance to weather effects

VIMASEAL - PU is in the form of a thixotropic paste, which after its contact with the atmospheric air turns into elastic and cohesive mastic and ensures the bonding and tightness of the two sides of the joint.

 VIMASEAL - PU is suitable for sealing and bonding vertical and horizontal joints and joints between similar and ethereal materials in building and general technical works, prefabrication, industrial applications, interior decoration, etc.

It adheres to most substrates of building constructions: ceramics, cement, marble, glass, wood, aluminium, galvanized stainless steel or painted metals, plastics, etc.

Typical applications are:
• Concrete joints (contraction, expansion, cracking)
• Window fittings

After its polymerization, it has durability and does not change when it comes in contact with gasoline, kerosene, diesel, oils, internal combustion engine lubricants, valvolines, white spirit.

If required the cured material can be painted.
