AQUAMAT ELASTIC Grey 35kg highly flexible waterproofing slurry

AQUAMAT-ELASTIC, by isomat, is a highly flexible, spreadable two-component waterproofing mortar . It consists of a cement-based mortar (component A) and a resinous emulsion (component B). After its solidification, it forms a membrane without joints and joints, which offers the following advantages:

• Ability to bridge cracks.
• Full sealing even at positive hydrostatic pressure up to 5 atm according to EN 12390-8. It can also receive negative pressures.
• Water vapor permeability.
• Can be applied to drinking water tanks, as well as to surfaces in contact with food, according to the requirements of W-347.
• Protection of concrete from carbonation.
• It does not corrode the steel of reinforced concrete.
• Resistance to contact with sewage (biological treatment tanks, sewers, etc.).
• Resistance to aging.
• Adhesion to  slightly wet surfaces without prior priming.
• Easy and economical application.
• Can also be applied to planted roofs, planters, etc., as it is certified for its resistance to plant roots.
• It is a Radon barrier.

General information:

• It is used for  waterproofing surfaces made of concrete, plaster, brick, cement block, mosaic, plasterboard, wood, metal, etc.
• It is ideal for applications where high elasticity and good adhesion of the waterproofing layer is required.
• Suitable for waterproofing surfaces subject to expansion, contraction, vibration, showing or about to show  capillary cracks, such as roofs, balconies, above-ground tanks, swimming pools, inverted roofs, etc.
• It can also be applied to waterproof basements, internally or externally, against moisture or water under pressure.
