Sikaflex®-111 Stick & Seal is a 1-component, multi-purpose, adhesive and sealant with a particularly wide range of applications on a multitude of surfaces in construction.

Adheres and bonds most construction materials and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

• Adheres well to a variety of substrates without the need for prior primer application
• Adheres to fresh concrete
• Compatible with most bituminous substrates

• Shore A hardness: ~36 (after 28 days)  (ISO 868)
• Tensile strength: ~1.5 N/mm2 (ISO 37)
• Measure of elastic deformation: ~0.65 N/mm2 at 60 % strain (23 °C) (ISO 8339)
• Elastic reset: ~75 % (ISO 7389)
• Tear transmission resistance: ~4.5 N/mm (ISO 34)
• Operating temperature: -50 °C min. / +80 °C max.

Joint design

• The joint must be designed to suit the required mobility of the sealant. The joint width must be ≥ 6 mm and ≤ 20 mm. A width to depth ratio of approximately 2:1 must be maintained.
• Joints ≤ 10 mm wide are intended for shrinkage control and are therefore non-moving joints.
