Neodur Varnish PR 3kg Hybrid primer

Neodur® Varnish PR. 

Hybrid primer (acrylic-polyurethane) suitable for pressed cement mortars and concrete floors.
Neodur Varnish PR is a suitable coating for sealing porous surfaces and concrete floors, to prevent the formation of dust. It is an ideal primer for cement-based surfaces, such as pressed cement mortars, to be covered with Neodur Varnish and Neodur Varnish W polyurethane varnishes.

• Appearance / Color: Transparent when dry
• Density: 1.02 kg / l
• Consumption: 100-120gr / m² for one layer (depending on the absorbency of the substrate)
• Touch drying: 3 hours at 25 °C
• Water varnish repainting time: 4 hours at 25 °C
• Varnish repaint time containing solvents: 24-36 hours at 25 °C, depending on atmospheric humidity.
• Application temperature:> 10 °C
• Adhesion resistance: ≥ 2 N / mm

Properties / Advantages

Water primer, with high hardness and good resistance to water and chemicals.
It is acrylic-aliphatic polyurethane and does not yellow.
It is applied as a primer on pressed cement mortars and retains their natural appearance, without darkening their shade or creating a wet surface effect after the application of the final varnishes
