EPOMAX-LIQUID GLASS Transparent two-component epoxy resin, solvent-free  

• EPOMAX-LIQUID GLASS is a   two-component, solvent-free transparent epoxy resin (liquid glass) for creating decorative surfaces.
• It presents high mechanical and chemical resistances, excellent adhesion to many types of substrates and very good workability.
• Ideal for indoor applications and generally where the presence of solvents is not desired.
• Certified with the CE mark as a floor covering product according to the EN 13813 standard.

Way of use:

1. Substrate

The surfaces to be treated must:

• They should be dry and firm. 
• They must be free of materials that prevent adhesion, such as dust, loose materials, grease, etc. 
• To be protected from moisture attack from behind.

1. Mixing of EPOMAX-LIQUID GLASS 

• Components A (resin) and B (hardener) are packaged in containers with a predetermined mixing ratio. Component B is added completely into component A. The two components are mixed for approximately 2 minutes with a low speed drill (300 rpm). It is important to stir both the walls and the bottom of the container in order to distribute the hardener evenly. 

1. Application process – Consumption

• Depending on the use, the application can be done by roller, spatula or cast. 

Fields of application:

It is used either as a final transparent decorative coating on many types of substrates, such as wood, metal, stone, plastic, etc. or for encasing various objects in it, giving a durable final glossy surface with a glass appearance.
