Existing substrate

The application of self-leveling epoxy floor can be done on almost all the surfaces (industrial floors, mosaics, tiles etc.)

Surface cleaning

Surface cleaning from materials, foreign substances and anything else is necessary to be removed to avoid problematic adhesion of concrete and epoxy resin.

Sanding of surface

With an electric machine which has diamond blade.

Surfacing and surface restoration

Filling of joints, nests, etc. with two-component epoxy paste. Cleaning of the entire surface with electric absorbers . If required, provision should be made for a water vapor barrier with cement mortar.

Substrate

The substrate is primed with an epoxy primer which has excellent adhesion, improves the surface and seals the micro-cracks.

Main coating

The implementation must be done at least within 24 hours before priming. An epoxy mortar used with quartz sand with a grain diameter of 0 to 0.4 mm thick 1: 2 to 1: 3 and 3 millimeters. The application is done with a toothed spatula with triangular teeth and finally with a plastic roller with spikes to release the entrapped air.
