Bitumen Shingle is a modern roofing product that is proposed both for replacement of existing roofs (tile roofs, pergolas, shelters, warehouses, etc.) and for the construction of new ones.
Their exterior is made up of mineral pebbles, which have a dual role, on the one hand to protect the asphalt membrane from the weather to preserve its properties intact and to ensure longer life and on the other to determine the aesthetic effect, that is, color, shape and texture of your roof.
The asphalt membrane consists of two layers of blown oxidized asphalt mixture (Blown oxidized asphalt) and various high quality admixtures. They are reinforced with fiberglass in their mass for greater mechanical strength.

Technical description of roof construction with bituminous tile
Thermal insulation:
Thermal insulation is achieved by coating EPS EPS insulating polystyrene sheets.
Substrate:
OSB boards to create a uniform, uniform subsoil for the protection of materials, seamless application of waterproofing coatings and the creation of desirable inclinations for better drainage of water.
1st layer of waterproofing:
Creation of 1st layer of waterproofing with bituminous membrane
2nd layer of waterproofing final look:
Creation of 2nd layer of waterproofing with asphalt tiles. Installation starts from the lowest to the highest level of the roof. First a special protector is placed. Then the sheets of bituminous tiles are placed in series. Each row overlaps the previous one while it is positioned in such a way that the joints are not over. They are fastened with special studs. Additionally, they are affixed by the activation of the integrated self-adhesive strip, which is equipped with a hot-air gun.
