High quality white, water soluble, nicotine and tobacco insulating substrate for indoor use. It has good adhesion to all surfaces, such as cement, plaster, plaster etc. It is applied to both new and already painted surfaces, facilitating the adhesion of the overlying colors giving them a uniform matte finish. Ideal for surfaces impregnated with nicotine, tobacco or flue gas as it isolates and prevents the appearance of contaminants in the final colors.
