Spreadable elastomeric roof sealant.

It has very good adhesion to all building materials. Forms after application a single, waterproof and durable membrane, without joints and joints. Its high elasticity bridges the displacements and cracks of the substrate.

The substrate must be clean and solid, free of grease, loose materials (eg cement paste crusts), dust, etc.

The gaps in the concrete (nests, puddles) must be filled with ready-made VIMACRET resin cement mortar or with cement mortar with the addition of VIRESIN building resin.

Joints or cracks can be filled with VIMASTIC acrylic mastic or VIMACRYL SPACHTEL acrylic putty.

On porous surfaces, in order to achieve perfect adhesion of VIMELAST to the substrate, pre-coating (priming) with VIM-PRIMER primer is required (consumption approximately 200-300 g / m²). Priming can also be done with VIMELAST diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 1. Above old asphalt, coatings are recommended the priming with the solvent primer VIM-PRIMER-S (200 g / m²).
