ISOFLEX-PU 510 White 25kg Polyurethane spreadable It has very high resistance: mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV radiation and weather effects. Also suitable for waterproofing roof planters and planters. It forms an airtight, joint-free, highly elastic and durable membrane.

1. Substrate preparation

In general, the substrate must be dry (moisture content < 4%) and free from friable materials, dust, grease, dirt, etc.

1.1. Concrete surfaces Any voids in the concrete must be filled with suitable repair materials.

Strong cracks in the substrate must first be primed locally and after 2-3 hours, depending on weather conditions, sealed with the polyurethane mastics FLEX PU30 S and FLEX PU-50 S.

Concrete and other porous surfaces with a moisture content of < 4% are primed with the special primer PRIMER-PU 100, with a consumption of approximately 200 g/m2.

Surfaces with moisture content > 4% are primed with the 2-component polyurethane primer PRIMER-PU 140, with a consumption of 100-250 g/m2.

Application Consumption Before application, it is recommended to lightly stir ISOFLEX-PU 510 to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Excessive agitation should be avoided for the risk of air entrapment.
