SAND-PRIMER 15kg Acrylic, quartz plaster adhesion primer

SAND-PRIMER is an adhesion primer based on acrylic resins and quartz sand. After application creates a wild surface, resistant to alkaline environment.

SAND-PRIMER is a ready-to-use water-soluble material.

• The surface to be primed must be clean, dry and free from dust and friable materials.
• Before use, the contents of the container are stirred with a drill at low speeds, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
• Application is done by roller or brush in one layer.
• Plastering follows after the coating time is complete.
• The temperature during application must be between + 5°C and + 30°C.

Characteristics

• Acrylic-quartz primer SAND-PRIMER adds roughness to smooth or non-absorbent surfaces. This way you ensure the adhesion of the plaster that will follow or of the hydraulic glue for gluing ceramic tiles or thermal insulation boards.
• It is offered for application on ceramic tiles, polished marbles, plasterboards, cement boards, extruded polystyrene with a skin, etc.
• It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Due to its resistance to alkalis, it is offered as a substrate for gypsum plasters.
