ISOLAC RUST PRIMER GREY 2.5L Asphalt varnish

ISOLAC-BT Bituminous varnish. 

It is used as a primer for gluing bituminous membranes (asphalt pavements), as a vapor barrier in insulations as well as to protect concrete or metal surfaces from moisture (protection against oxidation).

Viscosity according to BROOKFIELD at 25 ⁰ C :  130-170 cps
Distillation residue :  55-60%
Melting point of solid residue:  ≥ 85 ⁰ C
Penetration index 25 ⁰ C of solid residue:  20-30 dmm

Coverage:  up to 13 m2 per litre, on properly prepared surfaces.

1. Used on new or old metal surfaces such as doors, railings, machinery and tools and is the ideal substrate for painting ISOLAC DUCO metal surfaces.
