Returns
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and / or request to replace them within 14 days either because you have encountered a problem in the ordering process or you have identified a problem with the product or because the product you received is defective .
The product to be returned and replaced must be accompanied by the documents which accompanied the product (eg Shipment note, Retail receipt, Invoice, etc.), need to in the condition that received by the customer and the packaging need to the one that normally accompanies the product.
Conditions for problem cases regarding the order process or on the product itself
In all cases where with proven fault of Andreoy Insulation SA:
- Sold wrong products or products of poor and defective quality (mistakes in order, invoicing, shipment, damaged during shipment or poor packaging)
- There was a problem / actual defect in the product (function or quality) covered by the product warranty that provided by Andreoy Insulation SA. This does not apply to products covered by third party guarantees such as the manufacturer of the product or his representative.
- The product to be returned / replaced must be accompanied by the documents which accompanied the product (such as Shipment Bulletin, Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.) in the condition received by the customer and the packaging need to the one that normally accompanies the product.
Ways of Return - Replacement
You can return - replace a product in a technical department store of Andreoy Insulation SA for free or delivered it to your place:
- Free: if it concerns a problem in the ordering process or a defect - problem with the product itself
- By Charge: If you change your opinion and you wish to replace the product you ordered with another. In this case, you will be charged for all shipping and return costs and a possible price difference. To receive it from us, you will be notified by phone of the cost of receipt. If you choose the return - send by a transport company or courrier of your choice at your own expense.
Product Replacement or Refund
In all cases where you have experienced a problem in the ordering process or you have identified a problem with a product, or because the product you received is defective, the product is immediately replaced by Andreoy Insulation SA.
If the product to be returned and replaced is not available from Andreoy Insulation SA, there is no availability by the supplier or has been withdrawn or removed by the supplier, then it is replaced by another product of your choice.
In the above case (and only in this case) if the customer considers that the transaction is no longer advantageous for him / her may be arranged upon a refund.
The refund is done in one of the following ways:
- by cancel the charge of your credit card or
- refund by bank deposit.
Terms relating to all the above cases
In any case, any refund and / or replacement must be made within 14 days since the date of purchase, the product must be unused and to be in its original packaging and also need to include the documents of sale and receipt of the product..
Especially for purchases through our e-shop, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days as defined by Greek and European legislation for all distance sales.
In case of repeated returns or if Andreoy Insulation SA perceives at its absolute discretion that the customer abuses the right of return, has the right to refuse the return of the product and the refund even if the above conditions are applied.
