They retain excellent flexibility even at very low temperatures (even at -20 degrees Celsius) while at the same time is achieving a unique increase in thermal resistance (exceeding +140 degrees Celsius).
All the waterproofing membranes have a final coating surface of talc, sand, nonwoven cloth or very lightweight polypropylene. The bottom of bitumen sheets or lightweight thermoplastic membranes is protected with a special non-adhesive polyethylene membranes that is disappears during the installation (hot gluing with a torch) to ensure the excellent bonding.
When the bitumen sheets are exposed to the sun, the final surface has a protective layer of natural or colored grains to protect the asphalt mixture from the solar radiation.
